Into the Glacier: Snowmobile + Langjökull Ice Tunnel Combo

We will explore the dramatic glacial environment that Iceland is known for, taking in the view as we snowmobile high atop the ice cap. Our ride takes us over a vast expanse of ice & snow to the ice tunnel entrance, nestled high atop Langjökull. As we enter the man-made tunnel, the glacier's heart reveals its secrets, with layers of ice and volcanic ash telling stories of decades past. It's a rare opportunity to witness the grandeur of a glacier from the inside out, in a safe and accessible manner. A valid driver's license is required to operate a snowmobile. Children and guests without a license can ride a double snowmobile with a licensed guest. The minimum age for joining this tour as a passenger is 8 years.
