Take the equipment required for your safety (lifejackets, etc), kayaks and go through mangrove swamps. See some bird-filled mangroves and rolling hills of lush vegetation.
Paddle through the mangroves and land at the open San Lorenzo Bay, from where you can photograph the rugged forest landscape. The national park's name comes from its original inhabitants, the Taino Indians. In their language “Haitises” translates to highlands or hills, a reference to the coastline's steep geological formations with limestones.
Finish the tour at the starting point in the natural pools. Take a refreshing dip in the water and go ziplining. In case of rain, change the zip line for a hike in the rainforest.
