This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

A really cool excursion: the climb up the volcano takes about 2 hours, and the descent is about an hour. The trek isn't difficult. It's comfortable in sneakers. While you're at the top, the guide doesn't rush you, so you can walk around and take photos. The driver waits as long as needed, without rushing you. Rafting was the best experience I've ever had—such jungle, waterfalls, extreme thrills! It was truly a true thrill! Even if you're tired from the volcano, the water is incredibly refreshing 👍🏼 we're very happy! I highly recommend it!★

What a day! our Driver Ismail was awesome, picking us up at the crack of dawn and taking us to start the hike. Our tracking guide Luna was fantastic too, she took us up the mountain at a streay pace with plenty of chance for rest. if you've done any hiking before you will have no issue with the mountain. after a stunning sunrise Ismail took us to coffee tasting and rafting with some picture spots and information along the way. Thank you for a great day!
