Only those who can ride a bicycle and are 13 years or older can use the bike. Children under 13 years old ride for free in the back seat.

- Children under 13 years old can ride in the back seat for free

- Free safety equipment provided

- EnKo provides safety training before departure and provides safety equipment.

- Participants are responsible for any damages or expenses caused by their actions.

- Available for 2 hours from reservation time.

- Please use it within the reservation time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
