We really enjoyed it! The guide was excellent, sharing a lot of interesting information. We walked around the entire city and learned the history of not only Malacca but Malaysia as a whole. He also recommended where to get delicious local coffee, what local desserts to try, and what interesting souvenirs there were. Lunch was delicious, and we tried a local dessert. The restaurant accommodated all my requests: I don't eat sugar, so they made it sugar-free. The bus was also very comfortable with plenty of legroom!★

It was good that the guide of the Indian Malaysian was friendly and responded to requests such as toilets. He also prepared an umbrella during the squall. As an improvement point, I wanted multiple customers to give a little more unified instructions, saying that it was better to refrain from trying to take pictures more than necessary. There were many times when I didn't know how to move in the crowd. It's not their responsibility, but it's a pity that the arrival was quite delayed due to traffic jams.★
