The tour was excellent and Warren our guide was highly entertaining and thorough. The morning tea was a juice box and a cookie, so bring snacks as the first place for food is the lunch stop around 11:30. Beware, the route is very winding/curving along the coast. If you experience motion sickness, please take note. It would be ideal if your operators could mention this on the "What to Expect" or "Additional Information" sections. The bus is cramped in the last 2 rows, you are not able to see through the front as these rows are lower than all the others. But the tour was excellent. The Gorge, and Twelve Apostles are breathtaking. Easy walking even for a senior. The forest walk in a loop in the rain forest and can be steep at moments. We were able to spot koalas along the roadside, as well as kangaroos.

I was apprehensive about booking a tour with no reviews, but it ended up going well. The downside was the bus was about 30 minutes late. The first stop was the Moonlit Sanctuary, where you can see animals endemic to Australia—koalas, wombats, emus, dingos, a variety of kangaroos (you can feed and pet them), quokkas, Tasmanian devils, reptiles, and birds (kookaburras, cockatoos, etc.). The next stop was a picturesque beach at Cape Woolamai, followed by a pretty town where there was time for lunch. The final stop was the penguin parade. The main life hack is that you don't have to sit in the front rows (the wait is long and cold, so dress warmly). As soon as the first group of penguins arrives, most of the spectators leave, and you can safely move to a seat closer. You are not allowed to photograph the penguins; a QR code is available where you can download professional photos. As a bonus, a fat possum came to the stands 😁 The return trip took about 2 hours.

Worth trip with good tour guide cum driver, only disappointed on food availability and too many crowd at Philip island. Overall experience is excellent
