Tianmen Mountain truly lives up to its reputation as a 5A-level scenic spot in Zhangjiajie. We happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, which made it feel like a fairyland. The tour guide service was excellent, and the explanations were top-notch. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The tour was more than amazing! I truly enjoyed every place we visited, each spot was beautiful and full of great memories. The guide and her assistant were so friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the trip. It was an unforgettable experience!

We had a driver and guide for 4 days, who brought us to key Zhangjajie sights including the Fox Fairy show which was amazing! Our guide (Max) was knowledgeable and friendly, and made our entire journey very smooth, without long queues, and enjoyable. His meals / restaurant recommendations were also good - tasty food at reasonable price! Would recommend this private tour.
