We had an amazing experience with Bambus Tours during our time in Lombok! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised. Our guide, Sigit, was not only friendly and professional but also deeply knowledgeable about every destination we visited. The snorkeling was great, I saw many colorful fishes. Also lunch was very good and the guides were nice. It says that it is not a private tour but since apparently I was the only person to book it for that date, I was the only one★

The two drivers were very dedicated; one handled hotel and pier pick-up and drop-off, and the other took us around Nusa Penida. The price included entrance fees and parking, which was a great deal! The drivers helped us redeem our tickets and took us to the waiting area to board the boat. On Nusa Penida, our driver, Putu, even took us to less crowded areas, took photos for us, and provided explanations – fantastic! He also took us to some great restaurants, and we didn't have any bad experiences! 👍🏻
