Important skydiving information

Skydiving activities are highly weather-dependent. Please carefully review the following guidelines when booking.

1. If you choose your own time slot, the skydiving company may adjust the time based on your booking. Please allow for a 4-hour window before and after your selected time slot. If you have flights or other activities scheduled, be sure to leave ample time.

2. If you book a package that includes transfers, note that there's only one daily transfer. All participants will go together and return together after completing the activity. Please reserve the entire day and avoid scheduling other activities or flights departing before 8:00 PM on the same day.

3. The skydiving company requires all participants to call again one day in advance to confirm the itinerary. The skydiving company's business hours are 9 AM–5 PM (Sydney time).

• If a passenger weighs over 94 kg, our booking team must be notified in writing before the skydiving date. The following weight surcharges will apply (payable on-site): 94 kg–104 kg = AUD 55.00; 105 kg–114 kg = AUD 80.00; 115 kg and above = AUD 105.00. (Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm on-site.)
• Any pre-existing or current medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses must be reported to the Australian Parachute Federation prior to the skydiving date. During check-in, we will also inquire and may require evaluation by our safety officer. If necessary, please bring a doctor's note confirming your fitness for skydiving. Inform us if you are taking prescription medication. We are obligated to inform you that if you experience cold/flu symptoms, sinus issues, or ear balance problems on the skydiving day, these may cause further health complications during or after the activity.
• Do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs within 8 hours before your scheduled skydiving time. For the safety of all customers and staff, SA reserves the right to refuse participation to customers suspected of intoxication or impaired judgment, with no refund provided.
• Do not go scuba diving in deep water within 24 hours before skydiving. Do not smoke within 8 hours before skydiving.
• For the safety of all passengers and in accordance with skydiving regulations, the use of all electronic devices, including personal cameras and video equipment, is prohibited at any time during the flight or skydiving. SA is not responsible for any personal items lost during skydiving, including glasses or clothing.
• Skydiving is highly weather-dependent and has a high cancellation probability. Please call to confirm availability 24 hours in advance. Please understand that you may still arrive at the skydiving location and be informed that the activity cannot proceed due to weather conditions.
