Itinerary
We begin by gliding out of Stavanger harbour, or a nearby dock, while passing mighty cruiseships and other vessels. As we leave the harbour you'll enjoy beautiful views of the city centre, including iconic buildings such as "Tollboden" and the Norwegian Oil Museum. After passing under the city bridge we accelerate to a thrilling 25-35 knots as we head towards Lysefjord.

We are able to cruise as fast as the RIB-boats offered by other operators, but unlike the standard RIBs, our vessels offer enhanced comfort with spacious decks and seating areas, ensuring smoother ride and excellent photo opportunities. Our convertible sun-top provides superior protection from the elements while still allowing for panoramic views.

On the way to Lysefjord you'll pass beautiful scenery and wild Norwegian nature. Look out for idyllic islands, fish-farms, small villages and cosy cabins along the coastline. If we are lucky you might even spot a seal or two and other wildlife. The Lysefjord-bridge marks the entrance to Lysefjord and from here on you'll learn all about the fjord's legends and tales. The scenery will change into massive rock formations and huge cliffs, which is an amazing experience just in itself. We'll visit Vagabond's cave where some rather shady people hid from the sheriff in the old days. Of course we'll also behold the world-renowned Pulpit rock (Preikestolen), as is stands 604 meters above the fjord. Learn how it was made and also why the fjord is shaped as it is. Last, but not least, you'll also hear the fascinating story of how and why "Whiskey-falls" got it's nickname (it has something to to with a crazy German). Beware...the captain might put the bow of the boat directly into the cascading waterfall!

After visiting the cool waterfall we'll head back again and the tour will end up in the same place as we started. We are pretty sure you'll have long lasting memories and cool pictures with you after this unforgettable, front row seat tour to some of the best nature Norway has to offer!

UPGRADE! In some cases, such as bad weather or when the number of participants exceeds our boat capacity, we will upgrade the tour on very short notice with a complimentary minibus ride on parts of the tour. You'll still experience all the sights in Lysefjord on our speedboat. However, one leg of the journey between Stavanger and Lysefjord is replaced by minibus ride. This creates a unique round-tour where you'll enjoy both a scenic drive through stunning fjord landscapes and an exciting speedboat adventure. This also means you avoid traveling the same weather-exposed leg twice. Additionally, you'll enjoy a photostop at a spectacular viewpoint overlooking Lysefjord and experience the thrill of travelling through the world's longest underwater tunnel.
