Our adventure kicks off in Madrid, heading to the magical city of Cuenca, on an intimate and close-knit trip designed for a maximum of 8 travelers. From the very first moment, you'll feel that you're not on a conventional tour: here there's no rush or massive groups, but the warmth and complicity of traveling with friends.
Upon arrival in Cuenca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you'll immerse yourself in a unique setting where history and nature intertwine. We'll stroll through its viewpoints to see how the Arabs built a city between gorges, with houses that seem to be suspended in the air. We'll wander along cobbled streets, climb up the slopes, and cross the iconic San Pablo Bridge, from where you can enjoy the best views of the iconic Hanging Houses. We'll also discover the Cathedral of Santa María and San Julián, a Gothic jewel that holds centuries of stories and secrets within.
Along the way, we'll uncover the mix of cultures—Arab, medieval, and Christian—that shaped this unique city. Between stories and landscapes, we'll feel like time has stopped.
We'll stop for lunch at a typical restaurant, where you can savor the regional cuisine (each participant chooses and pays for their meal). It's not just about eating, but about enjoying yourself, sharing a table and anecdotes, just like you would on a trip with friends.
Then, we'll head to the so-called 'Spanish Tuscany,' where a local vineyard will open its doors exclusively for us. There, the owner will welcome us with warmth and passion, showing us the winemaking process. Among vineyards and barrels, we'll enjoy a guided tasting at sunset, in a serene and authentic environment that will make the experience unforgettable.
More than a sightseeing tour, this is an experience that combines history, landscapes, and gastronomy in a relaxed, friendly, and fun atmosphere. A different way to discover Cuenca and its surroundings, away from mass tourism, and with the memory of having shared a unique day in good company.
