To ensure a flawless Fast Track experience, please provide the following details immediately after booking:

 

1. Passport Details: Clear photo or scan of your passport's main page (showing your full English name).

 

2. Flight Confirmation: Photo or digital copy of your e-ticket or flight itinerary.

 

3. Contact Information: A local or active international mobile phone number (for staff to contact you via a messaging app like WhatsApp/WeChat/Line).

 

*** Arrival Service Instructions:

 

1. Meet & Greet: Upon landing, please proceed to the international arrivals terminal. Your dedicated staff member will be waiting near the entrance of the immigration area, holding a placard with your name clearly printed in English.

 

2. VIP Clearance: Once you've met our staff, they will immediately guide you to the designated VIP or priority immigration line for expedited clearance.

 

3. Final Step: Our staff will assist you right up to the point of presenting your documents to the Immigration Officer. Please note: Due to airport regulations, our staff cannot enter the immigration counter area with you.

 

4. Important Note: For a smooth process, you must remain in the priority line designated by our staff. If you step out of this line without instruction, the fast track service for your arrival may be immediately discontinued.

 

️*** Departure Service Instructions:

 

1. Pre-Departure Timing: We highly recommend you arrive and be ready to meet our staff at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time.

 

2. Initial Check-in: Please first complete your airline check-in and luggage drop-off at the standard counters.

 

3. Meeting Point: After checking in, proceed to the designated meeting area (e.g., between counters E and F - please refer to the provided airport map photo). Text or call us once you are en route to this point, and our staff will meet you promptly.

 

4. Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving late (less than two hours before departure), you must contact us immediately before heading to the airport.

 

5. Immigration Guidance: Our representative will guide you to the priority immigration and security check area. As with arrival, once your documents are submitted to the Immigration Officer, our assistance concludes at the counter due to official regulations.
