A few days before the trip, the team already contacted us to make sure they got all the information correctly. Our driver is Mr Tang, very friendly and professional. He also knows all of the good picture spot and very good at taking pictures ! My mom was very happy. The route is also good. I took the ruyi peak cable car and we had an amazing view of the mountains. Very recommendable !

Very nice and chilly trip. Andy did the great job, and had a pleasant conversation during the trip. Had a lot of good pictures left with us from that trip. Beautiful location, although, I wouldn’t mind if it were much bigger than it was. But still, good memories and pics.

We booked the private tour not including with an english spoken driver/guide but i guess we're lucky! Kevin is really friendly, helpful and his english is good. He even helped us communicate with our hotel receptionist about our AC. The tour is great, we visited silver cave and Ruyi peak. Dont bother to purchase the tickets seperately coz they could help you get the tickets. I'm not sure tha'ts always the case or its because we're visiting Yangshou during low season. Ruyi Peak has a amazing view, make sure you go to the top observation deck! You can have drone video for RMB 100, its not that cheap but for us its worth it to capture our moment at the Ruyi peak. Silver cave is interesting too!Bamboo rafting is very relaxing and the karst mountains are amazing. We're glad to do it on Yulong river instead of Li River. Its less people and more enjoyable. The tour put the bamboo rafting at the end of the tour, which is perfect coz you're gonna get a bit wet :-D We really enjoyed the tour !

Driver Tang was very punctual and responsible. Since many of the hotels I stayed at had similar names, he proactively called me the night before and added me on WeChat, asking me to send him my location to confirm. He was very thoughtful. The tour included tickets to the Jinkeng Rice Terraces, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. As an added service, the driver also asked if we wanted to pay extra to visit the Ping'an Rice Terraces, but unfortunately, we didn't have time. For lunch, the driver arranged for me to go to a restaurant inside the scenic area. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for the area. Even though it's the dry season, the rice terraces were still beautiful, and the weather was perfect for taking photos. Since the other members of the tour group returned to the parking lot early, the driver was willing to cooperate and drive back to Guilin early, arriving back in Guilin at only 5:00 PM! I will definitely use Driver Tang's service again next time.

Punctual and attentive service. The guide/driver was kind and attentive. Impeccable service. Recommended for those who want a private excursion without other groups. We went rafting with authentic bamboo rafts in a less touristy and less crowded spot than other places. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, we booked good seats, right in the center, and the tickets were printed using the phone number the salesperson called!
