Love our tour leader Elithabetta! She was great! She is passionate about her work and I could feel the story about ancient time in Rome on emotional level! The tour itself is very good Quality, very well organised. Love that “tour of Italy” send messages before with detailed explanations and reminders. When you travel solo in countries you don’t know well it’s easy to miss on something. I appreciate the agency a lot that they have a great customer care!

Debra was our guide and she literally performed miracles to get us in to the Sistine Chapel which was closing due to over crowding. Her polite, caring but absolutely wanting the best for her guests was brilliant. Ensuring despite 30,000 visitors a day we had a tour where she got us to the front and explained as much as she could. We felt like VIP’s. Thank you for a great tour and making sure my teens enjoyed it to.


