Highlights
1. Price: All passengers occupying a seat pay the same price, with no distinction between children and adults (children or infants aged 2 and under can be held and do not occupy a seat).
2. Baggage allowance:
Each booking passenger can bring one free piece of carry-on baggage up to 32 inches (sum of three sides less than 170 cm) and one piece of carry-on baggage under 20 inches (sum of three sides less than 115 cm). Excess and additional baggage require purchasing baggage vouchers per piece. (Backpacks and other carry-on items with a height under 50 cm and capacity under 30 liters that can be held in the lap are not counted as baggage pieces.)
Special baggage
- Strollers: A foldable stroller counts as one piece of luggage within 32 inches; a compact stroller counts as one piece of 20-inch luggage; oversized strollers (over 88 cm) cannot be transported.
- Wheelchairs not accepted for travel.
Not accepted for carriage and will be denied boarding
- Oversized single dimension >90cm (fishing rods/skis/golf bags/wheelchairs/guitars, etc.)
- Pets
- Liquids with leakage risk (live seafood/unsealed alcoholic beverages)
- Fragile items (LCD screens, musical instruments, etc.)
Consequences of violation:
Concealing prohibited items will result in booking cancellation or refusal of service. All resulting losses and consequences will be borne by the passenger. Please be aware.
3. For airport drop-offs, notify the passenger via SMS, group message, etc. 30 minutes before the vehicle arrives. After arrival, the driver will wait for 3 minutes as agreed. If the waiting time exceeds 3 minutes, the driver has the right to leave. The passenger can board the vehicle after presenting the QR code and redeeming it.
4. Refund policy: Free cancellation is available before 00:00, 1 day prior to the usage date (inclusive). Cancellations requested after 00:00, 1 day prior to the usage date, will incur the full booking amount.
5. Pick-up & drop-off area: All 24 districts of Osaka City → Kansai International Airport T1 (Miyakojima Ward, Fukushima Ward, Konohana Ward, Nishi Ward, Minato Ward, Taisho Ward, Tennoji Ward, Naniwa Ward, Nishiyodogawa Ward, Higashiyodogawa Ward, Higashinari Ward, Ikuno Ward, Asahi Ward, Joto Ward, Abeno Ward, Sumiyoshi Ward, Higashisumiyoshi Ward, Nishinari Ward, Yodogawa Ward, Tsurumi Ward, Suminoe Ward, Hirano Ward, Kita Ward, Chuo Ward.)
6. Please carefully read the e-voucher we send you after placing your booking and contact customer support in a timely manner. All losses and consequences arising from not reading or not contacting customer support will be borne by the passenger. Please be aware of this.
