Excellent service. It's great that TripCam has this feature. It's a lifesaver for those who don't have a foreign card. It's a shame there's no such service from Tokyo. We nearly died while carrying our suitcases to the Shinkansen. And then this was such a disaster. We dropped off our bags at the hotel reception before 10 in the morning, and by lunchtime our suitcases were already there. We booked from Kyoto to Osaka, had a great time in Nara on departure day, and we received everything we needed at the hotel in Osaka. If this service is available in other countries, that would be fantastic!

We arrived in Fukuoka around 10 AM. Wanting to start our itinerary quickly but not wanting to carry our large suitcases around, we booked a luggage delivery service to save time and energy 🤣. However, when we arrived at the designated location, the driver was nowhere to be seen. We contacted customer service via Line, and they sent another car. Unbeknownst to us, he was waiting for us quite far ahead of the designated spot, without even asking us. We didn't even notice the car was parked so far forward because the driver had the trunk open, so we couldn't see the license plate 😂. Seeing him seemingly waiting for someone, we finally realized he was the driver. Although we waited a bit, we would definitely use the luggage delivery service again next time.

Since I wasn't carrying a bag, I was able to look around very comfortably before heading to the airport. However, I'm not sure about other airports, but in Nagoya, instead of having a counter at the pickup location, an individual would deliver the package to the designated meeting place. Because I couldn't know the status of the process or when it would arrive clearly, I had to wait anxiously for over an hour. Fortunately, the Trip Call Center handled the situation well, so I was able to receive my luggage safely and return home. I recommend registering your Line ID first to contact them when using the service.
