Bus pickup location was easy to find. Ride was comfy and matched the description. However, it did seem that they were a little confused on a non-Chinese national being on board during the check-in process; maybe a miscommunication?★

The car was fine. However, the driver couldn't drive up to the railway station and didn't come down to help carry the suitcases.★

I arrived at the hotel safely and had to write a positive review. The day before departure, I was worried about not being able to contact me and was a little anxious, unsure what to do. Then I found out the customer service page said to contact them if I hadn't been reached by 10 AM. There are several customer service phone numbers and WeChat accounts I can contact directly, so I didn't have to worry about being stood up. Around 8 PM that evening, the driver for the next day called me to arrange the departure time and pick-up point, and we even added each other on WeChat for easy communication.
Because it was a shared ride, the driver also had to pick up other passengers. One group was Thai, and they didn't speak the language, so it seems the driver and customer service added each other on WeChat and created a group chat. We set off together at the agreed time. When we arrived at Huanglong, he even took us to store our luggage and explained many precautions for high altitudes.
Recently, there have been so many people, and our group was late coming down the mountain. The driver felt very apologetic and bought me a drink, kept apologizing, and told me a lot about local customs. Although we waited a while, I was completely touched by the driver's kindness; I felt a little embarrassed.
In short, having a good driver when traveling saves a lot of trouble. I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends next time they come!★

The driver was excellent, service team was quite good and fast in solving my time adjustment issue. Driver stopped at certain scenic place for my family and I to take picture. Recommended to others👍👍
