I used this bus to travel from a hotel in Dubai to a hotel in Abu Dhabi. It was booked the day before, but it was confirmed smoothly. It seats up to six people and can accommodate up to four pieces of luggage, but we booked it for three people with four pieces of luggage (two large suitcases and two small ones). It was expected to be spacious, but in reality, one person had to sit in the passenger seat, and with two people sitting, there was no other seat available, which was a bit of a problem. However, the booking went smoothly, so as long as you don't book at the last minute, I don't think it's a problem.
