Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.★

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.★

This was a tour I booked in a hurry during an unplanned trip to Tokyo because I really wanted to see Mount Fuji. Coco was so kind and speaks Korean, Japanese, and Chinese exceptionally well. She explained every detail at each stop what we shouldn't miss and even gave us tips to avoid being scammed at tourist attractions, making it a truly fulfilling trip. We had an absolutely wonderful day trip to Mount Fuji with Lin as our private driver and guide. She was exceptional from start to finish! Her communication was outstanding, and she kept us informed and comfortable throughout the entire day.
Lin was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history and significance of each place we visited. What impressed us most was how she explained everything to our children in a way they could easily understand, making them curious, engaged, and genuinely excited about each activity.
She customized the itinerary to suit our family’s needs and was extremely accommodating, patient, and flexible with all our requests. She was fantastic with the kids and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free for everyone. She also took some beautiful family photos for us, capturing wonderful memories of our trip.
