A wonderful place, with nothing but positive impressions. Everything was delicious (except, in my opinion, the hard fries). Fruits, vegetables, desserts, side dishes, soups (three), seafood, and meats. Only water is available for drinks. After you book, a buffet manager will contact you to find out what you'd like to eat. I arrived at 6:00 PM, and the crowd was moderate, but after half an hour it had significantly increased. It was almost full. The staff is friendly, and everything is clean and tidy. Dirty dishes are cleared away, and finished food is replaced. Location: 3rd floor (follow the signs). There is a free restroom on the 2nd floor of the shopping center.

Overall, everything was well organized. The only exception was that just before boarding the boat from the Caticlan terminal, someone on the staff took my boarding pass, and then another person demanded it again when boarding the boat and refused to let me board. We booked the return transfer through the same company, and everything went much better. The airport bus was brought right to the pier, and people were transferred from the boat directly to the bus.

This was a great excursion, and our personal guide, Yosya, if I'm spelling her name correctly, was simply the best, and the service was VIP. We saw so much, so much, and it was my first time snorkeling for so long. It was truly a wonderful and interesting excursion. Trip.com is simply the best, thank you for organizing it. I highly recommend it, and especially with this guide! And be sure to get the Crystal Cove entrance ticket and the kayak photo tour.

Overall, it's fun just to take a ride. But I'd always choose a yacht... It's just a 30-minute boat ride, so there's nothing particularly special about it, but overall it's not bad. The views are the same, whether from the beach or the boat.
