Despite the heavy snowfall, we had a very meaningful time thanks to the warm car and kind guide. The guide was friendly and fluent in English, and we were able to complete the tour without any trouble. We were very satisfied with the help they provided us with so many memories. This is a company that we would definitely book with again if possible.

Very comprehensive covering Charyn canyon (hike), Black canyon, lunch at a local residents house (best chicken plov) and cute dog, horse riding Kaindt lake and beautiful Kolsay lake. High energy and cheerful guides Sabina and Saya kept the group engaged.

ดีมากๆ เอาจริงแอบราคาสูงนิดนึงแต่คือไม่ต้องหารถมาเอง ติกต่ออะไรเอง มารับส่งถึงโรงแรม ทัวร์พาไปถึงทะเลสาป ใช้เวลารวมรับส่งประมาน4ชั่วมงทั้งทริป โอเคเลย สะดวกสบายด้วย ยังไงก็แนะนำครับ คุ้มค่า All good service and on time, tours took about 4hours all in from pick up time, easy and very nice transport, recommend.

I had a wonderful day trip with Panda Travel to Big Almaty Lake and the apple orchard farm. Our tour guide, Adam, was energetic and entertaining throughout the trip. He made the journey fun and engaging, and also gave us enough time at each location to explore and enjoy without feeling rushed. The driver was very experienced, and I felt safe and comfortable during the entire trip. The apple orchard farm was quite empty because of the winter season, but that was understandable. However, Big Almaty Lake was absolutely awesome — the views were stunning and definitely the highlight of the tour. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Panda Travel for anyone visiting Almaty.

wonderful places we went. everything went smooth. Aya our guide was very informative and helpful. I felt they gave us enough time to explore the places, we did not feel we were in a hurry all the time. Highly recommended!

This was a great way to start the day in Almaty, Dimitri are guide, was very knowledgeable about any questions we had, he told stories about history, the science, and even personal tales of Almaty lake. And of course it is super beautiful! Bring good hiking shoes.


