Reviews: Amsterdam, Netherlands: Zaanse Schans Windmill Village and Giethoorn day tour with free boat transfer
Guest User2026-10-06
The day trip was very convenient. Our guide, Mr. Yu, was very experienced, provided detailed explanations, and was an excellent driver and boater. The 9-seater van was quite spacious, and the group lunch was delicious. We went on a boat trip to Giethoorn in the morning to avoid the afternoon crowds. The ice cream at the cheese shop in Windmill Village was incredibly delicious.

Reviews: Amsterdam Canal Cruises: Departing from Central Station [Amsterdam Premium Experience/Chinese Audio Guide/Immerse in Dutch History and Culture]
Guest User2026-09-28
Since it looked like it might rain, we chose a covered cruise. We booked it that morning. It was advertised as having a Chinese audio guide, but other languages, including Japanese, were also available, and we were able to listen to it with earphones and thoroughly enjoy the experience. Sitting in a seat facing the direction of travel is more comfortable.

Reviews: Amsterdam Windmill Village + Legoland + Giethoorn Day Trip [Lunch and Boat Tour Included]

Wonderful experience and great value trip! Simon has been great, the tour started and finished on time. Thanks to his expertise we managed to travel to Giethoorn during the quiet hours to enjoy the boat tour. The included lunch was decent. We chose Chinese food which had beef soup noodle and chicken fried rice. We recommend the chicken fried rice, it was quite tasty.

Reviews: Exploring the Dutch countryside: Zaanse Schans windmill village + Edam + Volendam + Marken from Amsterdam
Guest User2026-08-15
If you are travelling solo it's a great chance to see the countryside for such cheap price. It was convenient to go to the places, although there are too many people all at once and you need to wait for everyone and etc. But I guess that's common for such trips. I got to see the countryside so I am happy but that was not that informative.

Reviews: Zaanse Schans windmill village + luxury cheese factory + wooden shoe making demonstration half-day tour from Amsterdam, Netherlands
Guest User2026-08-31
We booked this believing it was more of a guided tour, but it’s actually more of a hop-on, hop-off bus service taking you between the different places, where you then explore independently. That said, we had a really enjoyable day! The bus was clean, comfortable and a great way to get around, and our driver was funny, friendly and made the journeys really enjoyable. We loved getting to see all the different places and had a great time exploring at our own pace. It’s worth knowing that the windmill tours are an additional cost, as is the windmill museum, so these aren’t included in the ticket. Overall, a really fun and enjoyable day out. Just go knowing that it’s more of a comfortable hop-on, hop-off experience with self-guided exploring rather than a traditional guided tour.

Reviews: Interrail Eurail | European 33-Country Rail Pass (Up to 50% Off! Includes European SIM Card/Multi-Date Consecutive/Flexible Ticket)
Guest User2026-10-13
I purchased this ticket to travel from Milan to Nuremberg via Munich. I didn't hesitate much because I could board the trains I wanted for just a little more than buying individual tickets. Of course, I had to reserve seats separately for long distances, but it wasn't difficult or too expensive. On top of that, being in first class allowed me to travel comfortably, so I was very satisfied.
