Everything's great, but they need to add the option to choose a transfer. It's not available on the website. I had to contact the operator and figure out how to get a transfer.

The booking was done rather smooth and fast, made me worried i might be scammed. It was a last minute plan, made the booking less than 24 hours before the ride. Hayat was the staff who attended to me with patience and professionalism. I paid €85 for each person - 35 for booking and the rest was paid during pickup. On the day of ride, Artemis staff contacted me to confirm the pickup spot. We were taken there on a van. Before we started the ride, the pilot explained to use what were the safety steps and what to expect during the ride. Each balloon held up to 16 pax. The view up there was spectacular. Would recommend you to take the first ride for sunrise, instead of 2nd ride it would already be all light up. Overall it was a great experience 10/10 would recommend this company.

The trip was super nice! The place is beautiful and worth the visit. The guide kaan was helpful, friendly and super nice, I really recommend it. I enjoyed the day a lot, the itinerary was nice with stops to eat, drink and bathrooms. The food stop was amazing, and everyone was super friendly and nice
