He had a thorough understanding of Mount Aso's volcanic history, the Five Peaks landscape, crater scenery, and local customs, providing vivid and detailed explanations packed with valuable information. The itinerary was well-planned, with a relaxed pace that wasn't rushed. He patiently cared for each member of the group, promptly reminding us of safety precautions and important points for sightseeing. He meticulously planned the route, leading us to deeply appreciate the grandeur of the active volcano and the natural beauty of the grasslands. His service was warm, attentive, and highly responsible—a truly outstanding experience! Highly recommended!

Thank you to our local guide in Fukuoka, Ishihara, for the wonderful day with us, speaking three languages. The itinerary was packed, though I got a bit dizzy on the bus. Just a small suggestion: it would be better to choose a bus with USB ports, since we take a lot of photos, which drains the battery quickly, and most people want a relaxing trip. 😊

The meeting point was conveniently located inside Kumamoto JR Station. The tour guide was very enthusiastic, patient, and detailed in introducing local specialties and souvenirs. The entire itinerary was well-organized, with ample time for sightseeing, taking photos, and shopping. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for tourists unfamiliar with public transportation.

Despite the fact that the boats were being serviced at Takachico Gorge and the crater was closed due to a helicopter accident, the tour was still great. I was impressed they called me to tell me about the cancellation of the boat trip and offered me a refund for that portion even before my trip started. When they found out the crater was closed, they also communicated it and offered a full refund if I didn’t want to take the trip anymore. I think it’s hard to come by companies these days that are so pro-active and handle issues so promptly. Yang Meng our guide was awesome, she contacted us, created a group chat and shared a lot of information about Mount Aso and Takachico Gorge. The Kusasenri area is very worth going to even if the Crater is closed. Takachico was beautiful and got to eat Nagashi somen out of bamboo shoots and water from the gorge. Cool experience. Yang Meng was so organized and told us beforehand how to make the best out of each part of the itinerary Highly recommend
