We had so much fun learning to make fettuccine, ravioli, tortellini and tiramisu with Eleonora! She is a great teacher, and dinner was amazing! We also shared many laughs together. She is the sweetest!

We were welcomed by Eleanora and immediately served with delicious cheeses and meats from the local shop, accompanied by a selection of perfect balsamics, oils and chutney….. and not forgetting the organic wine! The pasta making was huge fun and we made fettuccine to take home and ravioli which was then presented to us with a sumptuous sauce for supper. Eleanora made us a mousse for dessert and we were offered wine throughout. We loved the evening … thank you Eleanora.

Truly an awesome experience, cannot rave enough about it. Getting picked up was amazing . We got to see the wine making facility, learn so much and then we were taken to the their tasting room. We had the chance to taste their extra virgin olive oil, wines and balsamic while learning much- once again- and we were served delicious home made appetizers and charcuterie board. All 5 wines were so delicious! 10/10 experience, a must if in Assisi!!

The family host was so welcoming. The property is breathtaking. The wine was very good. Completely different than what we expected. The food pairing was delicious as well. We would recommend this experience with 5 stars :)

A family-run winery that impeccably elevates local grape varieties and creates reds with great personality. The whites are also excellent, with Grechetto obviously taking center stage. Agnese is a dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and cheerful person...and perhaps I'm forgetting something. A truly interesting and insightful tasting; delicious local products...cured meats, cheeses, and torta al testo. It's a shame the weather prevented us from taking a guided tour of the surrounding vineyards. Highly recommended.
