We went there on Sunday, July 17th, as a couple, for a cellar tour, and I was impressed by the quality of the explanations given by Emma, a young expert, about the stages of champagne production.
She was able to switch between French and English as if it were her native language, and her information was very clear and fascinating. We were even allowed to ask questions.
This was followed by a blind tasting of several delicious champagnes from their production in a small group of eight, in a cozy room, around a beautiful table, accompanied by homemade gougères. My mouth is still watering.
A fun and interesting quiz to identify Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, or Meunier, as well as the different aromas among eight or ten different flavors.
It was the best experience of our stay.
Next time... we'll come to sample their menu and their guest rooms.

A superb experience! Although the tour was in English, Suzanne, our guide from Reims, took the time to translate everything into French for us, clearly enjoying the visit and tastings. We were able to learn about the production process of this beverage and meet the producers, all of whom were delightful. I highly recommend it, and I hope that one day this tour will also be offered in French, as it's difficult for those without a car to access these vineyards in the Champagne countryside. Thank you again, Suzanne, for this exceptional, fascinating, and enjoyable afternoon!★

The tour was great. Our Guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the process of making champagne and the places we visited. I highly recommend it if you want to experience an authentic champagne tour with small family Champagne houses.★
