A fantastic chartered car experience! The travel agency added me on WeChat beforehand to inquire about all aspects of getting to Penang, helping me book the Penang Hill express train and purchase tickets for the Peranakan Museum. On the day of our trip, our driver, Ming, arrived on time and took meticulous care of our group, including the elderly and children. He helped us coordinate the express train and museum queues, dropped us off near a delicious local food stall on the way to Kek Lok Si Temple, and planned suitable routes for each attraction, providing timely pick-up and drop-off. I'm grateful for this experience; even during the very crowded and busy festive season, it was a wonderful experience, leaving me with a better impression of the people and scenery of Penang. Highly recommended! By the way, Ming really fits my image of a gentlemanly, elderly overseas Chinese from Southeast Asia, haha. Wishing you all a Happy New Year and all the best!


