Our driver Jero was very nice and provided excellent service. Not only he drove carefully, he also recommended good places to visit in Ubud. He spoke English very well and was easy to communicate. Thanks to him, our trip to Ubud went well. I would give him 10/10 🙌🏻

On December 30th, I tried to arrange a car charter for New Year's Eve on the 31st, but was turned down by the hotel front desk and other companies in town, so I used this service. I was able to make the reservation smoothly even though it was the day before, and I was able to use the service without any problems on the day itself. The driver was also very polite, so I was very satisfied. However, you will probably need to use WhatsApp to communicate with the driver in advance.
