The pickup was a little late due to traffic but we were well informed. The collection at the end was precise. Unfortunately everyone there also had pre-booked online tickets so the queue was long but it moved quickly. We still had plenty of time in the spa.

Tiberiu was our drive to and from therme, his vehicle was so clean and nice smelling, its well kept, he was so friendly and informative he communicated well with out pick up and drop off, he really made our experience enjoyable smooth sailing and easy. Therme was absolutely incredible like milan spa and iceland sky lagoon all put together in one spa would highly recommend!

This was my fave day in Bucharest! Well organised meet up for the transportation to and from Therme Bucharest. Very friendly local driver who spoke English v well, telling us about the city whilst passing through Bucharest's busy traffic. The Therme itself was amazing, highly recommend as a must do!

Our driver was excellent, very punctual and kind enough to let us get the 7pm instead of 3pm pickup because there was some space, would definitely use gray line again!
