I traveled alone, and it seems to take about 4-5 hours. They sent a photo of the meeting point (I think they told me to come to International Terminal A1). While you wait, the driver checks your name with a piece of paper and takes you somewhere. The bus interior was clean, and the air conditioning was strong, so it was comfortable. We stopped at rest areas twice on the way, and they charged 2,000 VND (about 100 KRW) for the restroom. GLN QR payment is available. After arriving at the G8 office, we were each taken to our respective accommodations by minivan.

Smooth travel and nice driver although it was raining he drove us safe through our entire journey. Also they have a free van to drop and pick you up at your hotel destination. They always remind you every time the trip is happening. Good staff very accommodating and good communication as well

The friendly consultation was great. They told me that the only time slot available at my desired time was near the bathroom, so they recommended switching to an earlier time slot, which was really nice! Since it was a night sleeping room, I slept really well.

This is a bus from Sapa to Halong. Everything was excellent; I even managed to sleep. There's no restroom on the bus, but there are several stops along the way.
