Excellent organization! We arrived at the time indicated on the voucher. We were met and boarded on time. The captain was a wonderful guy who genuinely went out of his way to show and explain everything! We had a great time! We highly recommend it! There were six of us, three adults and three children, and everyone was delighted!

I booked through Ctrip, and I've always trusted them. This time was no exception. The itinerary was perfectly arranged; no need to get up early, and the driver arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off. The pirate ship ride was breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. The staff were knowledgeable and responsible, providing explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English – very attentive. There were quite a few foreigners on the ship, and everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a great time, laughing and getting along harmoniously. It was a very enjoyable day, with beautiful scenery that lifted my spirits. I'll definitely choose Ctrip again for future trips!
