Reviews: Half-Day Trip to Montmorency Falls and Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré from Quebec city
Anonymous user2025-04-26
I went on a half-day trip to Montmorency Falls and Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré, and it was a fantastic experience. Our tour guide was super friendly and shared a lot of insightful information along the way, giving us a great understanding of the history and significance of the region. Montmorency Falls was breathtaking—especially beautiful in early spring, though I’d recommend dressing warmly as it can be quite chilly at that time of year. Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica was equally stunning and absolutely worth a visit, with its impressive architecture and peaceful atmosphere. This trip is a great option for anyone visiting without a car—it’s well-organized, informative, and covers two amazing sights in just a few hours.

Overall it was such a great tour escaping to the rural Quebec with the majestic nature and cultural experience. If you don’t rent a car or bring your own car and still want to explore area slightly far from downtown Quebec City, this is probably the best you can find. From a frozen fall to an iconic chocolate store to a gigantic historical church, you’ll see everything. Because it’s a tour, it was a little bit of a rush every time at each stop. But it is what a tour tend to be. And to experience all of those above they did a great job including all of those. If it’s your first time in Quebec City, highly recommended!

Vincent was a wonderful tour guide and the food was delicious! Very fun way to learn about the area and taste the local cuisine. We went back on to one of the stops to dinner.
