6 I had an incredible experience with this tour company and Eri was an amazing guide! He shared fascinating stories and historical facts about Albania, especially during our visits to the beautiful city of Berat, the impressive Berat Castle and the peaceful Belshi Lake. His storytelling made every stop come alive. Eri was both professional and friendly, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere throughout the day. When I had an issue because I didn't have any cash (no euros or lek) he kindly helped me resolve it, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I had high hopes for this tour and Eri exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended! Thank you Eri and Saimirâ

Our tour guide, Julia, was fabulous. She showed us all around Berat and provided cultural and historical background for all of the wonderful things we saw, including the castle and Mangelem. Julia was extremely kind and patient (we ask a lot of questions) and made us feel like family. Donât miss this tour when you visit Berat!â

Saimir was a fabulous guide. He had excellent knowledge on all things Berat. He has studied history at university- so was able to provide detailed dialogue on Albanian history. We walked up to the castle and stopped frequently - as he provided commentary. ( I have arthritic knees and he was happy to slow to my pace!) Saimir was able to give access to a few ancient mosques and churches. He was born in Berat and therefore able to provide in-depth information. As our tour concluded - he was invaluable in helping us organise taxis and buses to our next destination - which was so helpful - as it was NOT straight forward- he followed up with some phone calls to us - which was appreciated. If youâre reading this - just book - you wonât regret it.î„
