The boat ride was excellent and it was like being at a mini Niagara Falls. The boat ride was worth the extra 10 francs. Beautiful little town of 3k residents was like out of a fairy book. Rolf, our tour guide, was funny which made the bus ride more enjoyable. He was well informed and we learned a lot about Switzerland.

I had half a day left in Zurich during my trip to Switzerland and wasn't sure what to do, so I booked a half-day tour along the Rhine River with this company on Ctrip. After I placed the order, the customer service contacted me. They even sent me a message the day before departure to remind me to join. The service was excellent. The Rhine Falls is the largest waterfall in Europe, and you can choose to take a boat ride. It's quite majestic up close.

Absolutely loved it..the guide John was so helpful and friendly and very kind…he made this journey easy for all of us by taking us there on time and bringing us back with good memories..he was just amazing…and the trip was worth the money too…go this tour company 10/10

good experience, but keep in mind to prepare 10 CHF in cash in you want to enjoy the boat ride at rheinfall

Our guide, Giada, was great. Very thoughtful and informative. The falls were amazing, I highly recommend the boat ride at 15 minutes, not really enough time for 30 minutes plus walking the platforms. Great trip!
