This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.★

Bingbing, our tour guide, gave excellent explanations and recommended delicious food at every attraction along the way. The accompanying Chinese driver was also very steady, and I didn't feel carsick even on the many mountain roads.★

We were so lucky to have met our tour leader, Xiao Pan! He's humorous, witty, and always full of energy, making the trip a constant source of laughter. His introduction to Hokkaido's local cuisine was vivid, the time management was excellent, and he was always ready to answer any questions—he was incredibly kind. Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative. It started raining as soon as I left the house, and it rained heavily the whole way. Especially when we reached Shikisai-oka, the rain turned into a downpour, mixed with freezing rain. The wind was also incredibly strong; it bent my umbrella, and I almost lost my balance walking. I was getting soaked, but thankfully I had brought rain pants and rain boots.
The overall itinerary was generally reasonable, except for one place where, although they offered free ice cream, I still encourage everyone to look at the local products; there were some unexplained sales pitches.★

Tenzo was our guide & he was brilliant, very organised and very informative. The itinerary was great the snowmobile was the highlight for us. The zoo was very rushed and only saw the penguins. Recommend the tour though. 👍
