We did a walking food tour because the lady we were going to make pasta with was not feeling well and we thought it was more enjoyable. Anna showed us the town and made it so enjoyable. The places we stopped at for the tour were beautiful and amazing food. Highly recommend this to do while visiting Bari. You can explore on your own but the knowledge Anna had was incredible. Her personality was so enjoyable and fun. I would highly recommend this while visiting Bari. ★

A lovely tour, although it might not be the right option for visiting the Polignano grottoes. It's a long drive for a landscape that can be seen in minutes. I think it's best to do it from Polignano itself. The captain and our guide, Yana, were brilliant.★

This is our first time in Bari and we are so happy we signed up for this tour.
First of all they gave great directions for where to meet including a picture of our guide which made it so easy to find her.
Frederica is the best tour guide we have had in Italy so far! We took 4 tours in Rome the week before.
The food stops are amazing and we tried so many items we would not have known we needed to eat.
Frederica gave great details about the food, history of the restaurant and Bari along the way.
Be sure to come hungry!! There is a lot of food!!!
