Norway is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular countries in the world, with breathtaking landscapes, dramatic coastlines, and unparalleled natural beauty. The RIB Saltstraumen and Sea Eagle Tour was truly a highlight of my visit and an experience I will never forget. From the moment we set out, I was captivated by the stunning scenery and the raw power of thamous Saltstraumen maelstrom. Seeing sea eagles soaring above the fjords in their natural habitat was both awe-inspiring and humbling. The combination of adventure, wildlife, and Norway’s magnificent scenery made for an unforgettable journey. What elevated this excursion from excellent to extraordinary was our guide and captain, Vegard. His knowledge of the area, passion for the region, and skillful navigation made us feel both safe and immersed in the experience. He shared fascinating insights about the local history, wildlife, and geography while ensuring safety

The trip was excellent, helped by the weather being very sunny. The scenery was exceptional, the information from the onboard guides was really interesting and the facilities were very good. The Saltstraumen was fascinating to see but the voyage up the Beiar Fjord was superb. Not much to improve on to be honest. A bit more information on why the Saltstraumen happens perhaps?
