It was so delightful, informative, and enjoyable. Our hosts were well-educated on every topic we covered and gave clear explanations and examples while making everything fun. We even received a special tutorial on the different ways to say “pardon me” and “I’m sorry” in Italiano! We loved having Cait and Bea and highly recommend this activity. Our plans to go to a bar after the class to try new cocktails were foiled because we had so much good food and drink during the class. The portions of everything are generous and delicious!

I am so glad I booked this experience for our one night in Bologna. I got to taste authentic Italian cooking as advertised made after being carefully instructed by our home chef. She gracefully welcomed us into to her home and was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I would 100% recommend it!

This was truly the best experience I had in Italy. Allyson was such an amazing lady, warm, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can genuinely feel her love for cooking in the way she explains not just how to do things, but why each step matters. It made the whole process so interesting and meaningful. I also absolutely loved her personality. She’s kind, funny, and so inspiring to be around. The time we spent together is something I’ll always remember. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Italy. It’s more than just learning recipes, it’s a beautiful, heartfelt experience.
