What a fantastic experience. Note there unusually heavy fog when we went which meant we couldn’t see anything for half the trip. Luckily it cleared half way through. The experience overall was still ace. Definitely match the day out with a trip up the funicular railway.

The itinerary is compact, the weather is good, suitable for punching in and taking pictures, the tour guide is enthusiastic, the experience is excellent, it is recommended to have the opportunity to travel by car

Definitely recommended if your Switzerland trip is a couple of weeks as train travel is the way to go over there. It’s so convenient purchasing it at Trip.com and the tickets are emailed almost immediately. Be sure to print it out or keep it in your phone as conductors do check your half fare card almost every time. Note that you can purchase attractions like the gornergrat train and the first gondola at half off too.
