We tested it in Abu Dhabi (transit) and Riyadh – everything works great, the speed is great, no issues at all.
The only time it didn't load was during Soundstorm Festival (Riyadh), when a huge crowd of people (really huge) gathered near one of the stages. But this is understandable due to the load on local networks.
The price/quality ratio is excellent. Tested. I'd definitely use it again if the opportunity arises.
