Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

A wonderful tour. Everything was perfectly timed, with so many beautiful views that you have to stay awake and look out the window. Lunch at the seafood cafe was delicious. The 12 Apostles leave a lasting impression. I highly recommend taking a helicopter flight over the 12 Apostles. At $195 Australian dollars, it's much cheaper than similar flights in the US. So it's definitely worth it. The bus was comfortable, and the driver/guide was helpful.

Our guide William is a really nice guy, he speaks fluent English and Chinese,. He surprised us with a nice view of wild kangaroos which he didn’t have to stop by. Thanks him for giving us a good memory for the Great Ocean Road trip.

The tour was wonderful and the guide was excellent. I recommend doing it in reverse; it's not as crowded. I would have liked more time at the Twelve Apostles.
