Aurora chasing was a new experience and Mother Nature’s light show did not disappoint! Learned you have to be in the right place at the right time and our guide could read the signs that a superb aurora was building! Tracy said yes to everything I asked for — and even more — to help me organize a very special marriage proposal for my brother and his girlfriend.
From the very first moment I contacted her, Tracy was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. She helped us plan every detail, coordinated a beautiful surprise by having the bride-to-be’s parents show up unexpectedly, and even helped us find a photographer to capture the moment.
Despite the Arctic cold, Tracy and her entire team made us feel truly welcome with their professionalism, kindness, and friendly attitude. Everything was handled with care, flexibility, and such a positive energy that we felt completely supported throughout the experience.

Our tour guide, Mo, contacted other guides and used the forecast to find the best time and place to see the aurora, doing his best to ensure we could see it as much as possible. We visited four spots and even stayed at the Aurora Lodge, allowing us to capture some amazing photos of the aurora. Also, since it was a small group of just four people, he took multiple photos per person, which was more thorough than other large group tours. He was also a great photographer, so I highly recommend him for anyone looking to capture memorable photos!
