We booked the private Icefields Parkway tour for my Dad's 90th birthday. There were 6 of us and my mom is 87 and needed a wheelchair. We wanted waterfalls. Needless to say we were complicated and high maintenance. The tour exceeded all expectations. Mostly due to our guide Zach who made the whole day special. He even took us to two extra waterfalls! Zach narrated the journey with humor, navigated the special needs, and kept us all happily on time. It's the only way to see Banff highlights!

it was an amazing experience. Adan our guide made it fun and memorable. He is very knowlegable and made out of his way to make us comfortable and safe. will definitely recommend him to our friends and famiky when they visit BANFF.

The hotel was clean and tidy. I originally booked a standard double bed, but the bed felt too small, less than 1.5 meters wide, so I paid an extra 200 yuan to upgrade to a deluxe suite. The room was large and comfortable; I was very satisfied. It had a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, just like home. The trip arrangements were also quite good, and there were basically no flaws.
