The service and itinerary were excellent. However, I booked a tour with a Chinese-speaking guide and paid a higher price, but there wasn't one available on the day of the tour. Although they were very considerate of me, I should be aware that I booked a tour with a Chinese-speaking guide. Guests who need English or other languages should take note.

The service is so much better abroad! This price is great value for money, very good. Thumbs up to the tour guide! They didn't pressure tourists to buy anything! The scenery is absolutely beautiful!

The one-night cruise in Ha Long Bay left a very warm and complete impression. From the very beginning, the staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to the guide: I have a habit of getting distracted and wandering off from the group, but he always managed to find me calmly and with humor. Because of this, the experience felt less like a standard tour and more like traveling with a friend — relaxed, friendly, and easygoing, with plenty of jokes and light conversation. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it a pleasant place to rest after a full day. The food was also surprisingly good: tasty, well prepared, and nicely presented, without feeling like typical mass-tourism catering. The only downside was the shopping stops along the way. I understand that this is part of the tourist business, but the selection of goods was very poor and uninteresting.

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.

I liked everything, the tour was very interesting, the buffet was good, there was plenty to choose from, the nature was super, the only inconvenience was the huge number of tourists.


