This cruise was the best experience during my Vietnam journey. Everything was perfect: service, food, activities. The boat is pretty new so everything was very clean. We even had a pool! The service was excellent very friendly and you had always the option to choose between one or two activities. I would book this Trip again, but only with Calista again and next time I would book 2 nights for sure. ★

This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.★

The ship is wonderful. We were assigned a cabin next to the engine room, which was a huge disappointment! Why? This moment ruined the entire cruise! The room smelled strongly of motor oil and the engine hummed tirelessly all night (room 114). The kitchen made up for it; there were a variety of dishes, all delicious, and each course was presented beautifully! The dessert was delicious, just the right amount of sweet. The dinner staff were very attentive and meticulous. Regarding activities, we missed Ti Top Island due to the weather, which was very disappointing. The weather is often unfavorable on Halong, so the organizers need to think about how to improve the situation, as tourists pay a lot of money and the service isn't fully provided. Overall, it was not bad, but a bit boring. But the staff, the crew, did a great job with their attention to all their clients! Bravo!★

Memorable experience with a wonderful crew. We travelled with a big group of 11pax (including 3 kids and 1 toddler) and booked a private minivan for pick us up at the hotel directly - it cost us $50k dong per pax which was very reasonable for the spacious seats and saved us the hassle of having to book separate rides to the pick up meeting point. The guide and crew onboard were patient and accommodating to ensure our comfort and safety. The meals were filling and dinner was especially sumptuous. Note that drinks at the restaurant and sunset deck are chargeable albeit reasonably priced. We brought the complimentary water in the room to avoid the charge at the deck above. We enjoyed the Vietnam rice roll making by the sunset and my personal favourite was the surprise cave walk on the 2nd day (although it was unsuitable for my elderly parents who did not join us due to the many steps). Thank you Arcardy cruise for making our experience at Halong Bay a great one!★

I was worried that there was no review, but the cruise was good and everything with the service was consistent. Trip.com customer center is so convenient to consult at all times. The bus from Hanoi was also comfortable and satisfied. However, it was a very difficult journey for children to take a bus at 7 o'clock and take a bus around Hanoi for an hour and a half, picking people up and getting off at the port in 4 hours after taking the bus. Everything is good except that. The bus and cruise guides were so friendly. By the way, the minibar (except water and coffee) and drinks in the room are all charged.
