I highly recommend it! We were met at the airport with a sign with our full name, put on a bus, then a boat, and then another bus. Since we couldn't drive to the hotel, a company representative met us and carried all our suitcases to the hotel.★

No hassle! They paid for all the fees. Arrived at the hotel easily! The only downside is you have to pay multiple people for tips. They don’t have anyone assisting the bags, which was I paid for really. They have contacts who does that and you need to pay them. Good for solo travelers like me★
