The hotel initially charged a separate deposit upon check-in, which I didn't understand, since I had already paid in full. It was later resolved through Ctrip, but that's the most frustrating part. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. The hotel breakfast was good. The location is excellent and very convenient, just 50 meters from Jiefangbei. It's easy to get around.★

My flight was delayed by 6 hours on the day of departure, but both Ctrip and the airline handled everything very well. The return claim process was also expedited with the guidance of customer service. Overall, Ctrip is getting better and better, and their service is up to par. Very satisfied!Trip.com picks
