This was the easiest way to get into Juizhaigou from the station and return. They message you where to head and details of the number plate as well as a number you can call if you need. The rode was smooth with one pit stop. I’d definitely use this service again.

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!

The bus is clean and comfortable. Driver is friendly and often checks with us if we need the washroom. Driver also answers all queries promptly.

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....

I was picked up on time and in the middle of the trip I was dropped off at a shop to use the restroom even though I didn't ask for it and was offered a product.

From reading previous reviews, I understand ahead of time that there really is no your guide. I was a little worried, but once I got to the location, I realized you really don't need a tour guide in the attraction spots. It was pretty easy to navigate inside the parks...pretty much just one way to go. Beautiful sceneries. I just wish it wasn't raining so hard. When it's wet, it can be a little slippery & dangerous at places. There was a little mishap , but the tour company responded quickly & amended the situation. Good job 👍. I also want to shout out to our driver 康峻翰，（kangjunhan). He was very punctual, polite, & courteous. His vehicle was spotless & he's also a very responsible driver! I really enjoyed chatting with him on the drive. I would definitely recommend going with this company.


