It was easy and cheap to travel by bus to Jiuzhaigou by booking through Trip. They will message you the driver’s contact and the bus plate number before the departure date. It is very easy to locate the bus, as everyone is heading in the same direction. The driver will announce when you have reached Jiuzhaigou, and he will stop at certain checkpoints, so make sure you know which checkpoint to get off at or ask before departure.

This booking through Trip.com was extremely convenient and hassle-free. The service provided by the local operator was excellent from start to finish. We were especially pleased to have the same driver, 夏师傅 (Mr. Xia), for both our pickup and drop-off between Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station and Jiuzhaigou. He was polite, punctual, and drove very safely, which made the journey comfortable and reassuring. Overall, a smooth and well-organized experience with excellent service. Highly recommended!

From reading previous reviews, I understand ahead of time that there really is no your guide. I was a little worried, but once I got to the location, I realized you really don't need a tour guide in the attraction spots. It was pretty easy to navigate inside the parks...pretty much just one way to go. Beautiful sceneries. I just wish it wasn't raining so hard. When it's wet, it can be a little slippery & dangerous at places. There was a little mishap , but the tour company responded quickly & amended the situation. Good job 👍. I also want to shout out to our driver 康峻翰，（kangjunhan). He was very punctual, polite, & courteous. His vehicle was spotless & he's also a very responsible driver! I really enjoyed chatting with him on the drive. I would definitely recommend going with this company.

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!
