Thanks to our guide, Kristina, she's responsible, punctual, and friendly. The tour was 100% as described. No need to worry about buying tickets, no matter what kind of experience you're looking for—a cable car, a buffet, or something else. She'll buy and arrange any tickets you need during your trip to the Great Wall of China. Thank you.

It was very convenient and interesting to cross the bridge connecting Macau and Hong Kong. You have to go through passport control twice along the way, but the staff explained where to go afterward and where to find the bus. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip. Thank you!

I used it to go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. Since my destination was Nanshan District, I took the bus to the Shenzhen Port. It's a little more expensive than the subway, but the advantage is that you can always get a seat.

The Trip.com booking system only showed the pick-up point as China Hong Kong City (without an address), requiring me to arrive 20 minutes early. To avoid being late and missing the pick-up point, I went to check it out the night before, but after searching for a long time, I still couldn't find it. When I called the number listed on the Trip.com website, the person who answered said they were security guards and didn't know anything about the bus. So, the next day, I arrived very early and went to the address I found online, "33 Canton Road," because it was close to my hotel. Taxis refused to take my fare, so I had to drag my heavy luggage around for a long time before finally finding the check-in point on the first floor of China Hong Kong City. The actual pick-up point was on the basement level, and I needed to be led there by staff. Furthermore, the bus company information was also unclear, only stating "Zhuhai" without specifying which mode of transportation to Zhuhai. I hope Trip.com can provide clearer information about the check-in point to better serve out-of-town travelers.
