They are very professional. The massage room was small , clean, and comfortable. The massage was very relaxing, though she didn’t rub any massage oil and skin contact was limited strictly to the part of the body she was working on. She worked mostly on neck, shoulders, back and limbs in 60 min.

There's a scheduled shuttle service. The hot spring environment was better than I expected—clean and quiet. There weren't many pools, but since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded. The changing rooms and shower facilities were very clean. I'd go again. As for the food, it was delicious. It was Japanese style, with sashimi, salad, pork hot pot—everything was very tasty.

Very good, had a lot of fun. Lots of activities to try, free-flowing drinks, lots of seasonal fruits, KTV, billiards room, arcade, internet cafe.

very good experience. Stayed around 7hrs there but not enough, Should have stay longer, facilities are all good. Love it. Especially i booked this oxigen cabin for my parents. relaxing

Massager #3's pressure was just right for me, and he was very attentive throughout the 100-minute massage. He was very thorough and helpful.
